Your Role, Your Impact

  • Support daily activities of the Wholesale team
  • Ensure accuracy of pricing
  • Serve as the “go-to” contact for customers day-to-day issues: billing, pricing, allocation, loading etc.
  • Manages the operations for all manual billing to minimize hedge exposure and keep risk within tolerance
  • Interfaces with customers/haulers/internal groups to resolve issues
  • Provide a positive customer experience – quality service, efficient problem solving, accurate data entry, and business development
  • Assists with the entering and managing of RA data related to price curves, purchase deals, sale deals, price notices, etc to maintain data integrity.
  • Analyze and understand business opportunities presented by customers and sales team
  • Take ownership of processes that drive sales strategy, growth and profitability
  • Administer sales support through CRM platform
  • Develop proficiencies in internal systems: Right Angle, CRM, DTN, Global Connect, MarketView, Tableau

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 0-3 years of experience preferred
  • A positive, entrepreneurial mindset and exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite – specifically strong excel skills
  • Critical thinker, problem-solving, attention to detail
  • Quicker learner – able to learn and acquire proficiency with internal systems: Right Angle, MarketView, Gravitate
  • Relevant sales and customer relations experience.
  • Ability to comprehend cost/supply structure, analyze and make commercial decisions
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and vendors and internal departments
  • Self-motivated, coachable, team-oriented individual with desire to succeed in fast-paced business development setting.

Pay Range

$69,600.00 - $97,400.00

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
