The Actualization Analyst plays a critical role within Supply and Trading by reconciling the physical movement of products with commercial contracts and trading activities. Responsible for facilitating the accurate actualization of Global’s bulk purchases and sales across marine, pipeline, rail, and truck movements, this role involves troubleshooting inventory variances, resolving volume discrepancies, and maintaining timely communication with business partners. By collaborating closely with Traders, Schedulers, Risk and Accounting teams, the Analyst helps ensure seamless financial settlements, precise inventory reporting, and the operational integrity of the broader logistics network.

Your Role, Your Impact

  • Gather bill of lading information from various methods of transportation (Vessel/Truck/Pipeline/Railcar) and enter accurately and timely into RightAngle
  • Maintain the Geometrix Interface for rail car movements, including populating rail bill of lading information into the application and troubleshooting interface issues with RightAngle
  • Troubleshoot/Analyze discrepancies between scheduled and actualized volumes within RightAngle
  • Monitor and remediate timely incomplete orders in RightAngle to facilitate timely billing and the month end close process
  • Coordinate with the Accounts Payable team to timely enter unplanned/omitted ancillary costs
  • Reconcile product and ancillary invoices
  • Other ad hoc reporting and scheduling-based issue resolution

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and dynamic team player, who is able to meet the demands of a growing business environment
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Economics, Operations and Management or related field

Pay Range

$63,300.00 - $88,600.00

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
