YOUR ROLE, YOUR IMPACT
- Support HRBPs in creating new seating arrangements in Workday
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and ensuring they meet organizational standards
- Manage the creation and posting of job Requisition in workday to streamline the recruitment process
- Monitor the People Operations requests in Service Now, promptly addressing inquiries and assigning tickets to the appropriate team members as needed.
- Help with various HR Projects and initiatives assigned
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Participate in employee engagement activities and assist in organizing HR events.
- Assist with setting up employee surveys and support the tracking of their results.
- Work with our HRIS team to help streamline efficiencies of HR process and procedures.
- Assist with tuition reimbursements
- Update employee information in HRIS system
- Assist in immigration documentation
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills which you will use during your internship.
- Ability to prioritize work, follow through on requests, take initiative and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact in team environment and foster client relationships.
- Self-Starter that takes the initiative to ask questions.
- Ability to apply knowledge learned in classroom to work.
- Ability to be discreet in sensitive matters and information

Pay Range$16.03 - $20.46The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
