Your Role, Your Impact
- Work with stakeholders to elicit requirements, understand business processes and user needs, and identify opportunities where technology can improve near term efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create detailed workflow diagrams, data models, and maintain system, process and ""how to"" documents.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business users and IT teams, translating business needs into clear, testable technical requirements.
- Develops user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensures alignment with documented business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate and document proposed solution options, including software development, system enhancements, or process changes.
- Support test plans and validation to ensure systems function as intended. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with assigned applications, escalating broader or systemic issues as appropriate.
- Deliver training to end-users and provide ongoing application support and guidance.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams throughout the development process.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in business processes and systems. Apply industry best practices and methodologies to enhance business analysis practices.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology, often including
- Microsoft Office Suite and various business systems.
- Experience in creating detailed reports and presentations.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
