YOUR ROLE, YOUR IMPACT
Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of field marketing and grassroots events.
Support Chamber of Commerce and Community events in-store and in the field.
Attend field and grass roots events when appropriate and applicable.
Analyze event performance and Return On Investment via Event Recap process.
Capture photos at events for internal and external use.
Collect and organize event inquiries via Monday.com platform.
Participate in administrative and team support tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Enthusiastic, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with guests and store teams.
Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Creative thinker with an eye for content and trends.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google docs is a must

Pay Range$16.03 - $20.46The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
