Marketing Operations & Optimization Analyst

The National Wholesale – Market, Operations & Optimization Analyst is responsible for managing and improving daily operational processes, providing market analysis to support sales and supply optimization, optimizing current business, and identifying market opportunities. This role has direct interaction with Sales and Supply personnel in addition to interfacing with all internal and external support functions. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, analysis and optimization for Branded Wholesale and National Wholesale business.

Your Role, Your Impact

  • Execute daily operations including, but not limited to, daily hedging and pricing.
  • Develop operational and optimization reporting, build and maintain market data models.
  • Manage and report on outstanding risk exposure and optimization opportunities on fixed forward deals.
  • Provide reporting to management regarding account P&L and Sales team activity.
  • Analyze business opportunities created by the Sales team and/or market conditions/seasonal events.
  • Integrate with P&L Analyst and Accounting to facilitate end-of-month processes and validate data accuracy.
  • Support daily business activities of Branded and National Wholesale team.
    • Ensure accuracy of billing process and timely invoicing to support hedge.
    • Serve as primary contact for Market, Supply and RFP analysis, daily and forward optimization opportunities, and supporting the management of allocations and GPOs.
    • Ensure customer service quality, efficiency, and accuracy with all transactions. Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and tactful manner. Research and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Administer sales support through CRM platform insuring accounts are updated with the most recent data and sales activity.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • You have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office and have strong excel skills

Pay Range

$73,600.00 - $110,400.00

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
