Job Description

Sr. Executive Assistant to provide administrative management to the Sr. VP and EVP/ Board Member of Global Partner’s retail division, Gasoline Distribution and Station Operations (GDSO).  Successful candidate will proactively partner with executives to improve work flow and timely communication in support of department’s strategic business development plan and daily operations. Candidate will have relevant, demonstrated career progression with increasing complexity and profile in role and responsibilities. Must possess sound business and administrative operations judgment and be comfortable leading by example to set best practices for overall departmental administrative demands. Must be engaged, curious and attentive to daily operations of executive office.  Must possess strong formal and informal communication skills and social acumen to represent office of the SVP and EVP at all levels of the organization and with key industry partners. Well attuned soft skills are necessary to support, articulate and implement executive goals and responsibilities and to resolve real time issues with precision and sensitivity,

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 years of Executive Administrative experience
  • Advance Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and successfully managing administrative processes and projects
  • Ability to initiate and proactively manage projects
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Significant experience writing and editing professional correspondence
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Outstanding ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization and demonstrate a team-oriented work style
