Global is looking for a an energetic, passionate and strategic Senior Retail Marketing Manager to oversee marketing plan development and execution for a number of high-profile programs across our retail c-store business (i.e. Premium Coffee Program, Elevated Commissary Program, Store Refreshes, etc…).

The Types of “Energy” You Bring -  

  • You have extensive retail and/or hospitality experience building and managing marketing plans for a variety of initiatives. 

  • You have “Boots on the ground” experience.  A passion for being in the field, working with store teams and interacting with guests.  Outgoing, friendly, networks well, involved in the community.  Strong on strategy. Stronger on execution.  

  • You have entrepreneurial sensibility with an excellent understanding of marketing/branding principles and strategic planning. 

  • You have extensive experience building and communicating marketing strategy presentations to a variety of stakeholders. 

  • You have an innate abitliy to multitask and prioritize without missing deadlines and working within defined project parameters. 

  • You have demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills.  Partnering with many company players is your super power. 

“Gauges” of Responsibility - 

  • Work with VP of Marketing to develop and recommend marketing strategy for a variety of high-profile retail initiatives – Coffee and Commissary Program Upgrades, Store Refreshes, etc... 

  • Manage all facets of specific marketing projects from inception to launch – timelines, deliverables, reporting.   

  • Partner with project owners to define SOW and success metrics to ensure projects are successfully executed. 

  • Oversee community outreach, local partnerships, and custom activations.  

  • Manage multiple projects at once, deliver clarity in ambiguous environments, and collaborate with individuals on various cross-functional teams. 

  • Shepard projects through marketing funnel to ensure successful outcomes.   

  • Ultimately be responsible for successful execution and delivery of prioritized marketing initiatives.

Additional Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field. 

  • 6+ years of marketing experience in hospitality or retail.
