The Financial Analyst – FP&A will assist in GDSO division financial reporting, budget, and analysis reporting to the FP&A Manager. On a growing team, this position requires high proficiency in excel and the ability to be flexible with changing priorities. This is a highly visible position assisting in reporting to Board of Directors, CFO, Senior Vice President, and operations leadership.

Provide reports and supporting analysis for month and quarter reporting.
Assist in quarterly financial reporting to the Board of Directors.
Prepare month-end variance analysis for Actual vs. Budget/Forecast.
Assist in the preparation and compilation of budget reports.
Develop enhanced automation for standard requested reports.
Assist in reporting implementation of Oracle Cloud.
Carry out all reasonable requests by management that the employee is capable of performing while providing the highest quality of customer service.
Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
3-5 years FP&A/Corporate Finance experience
Experience with Oracle Cloud, Narrative Reporting & Smartview
Retail industry experience
