Job Description

The Financial Analyst – FP&A will assist in GDSO division financial reporting, budget, and analysis reporting to the FP&A Manager. On a growing team, this position requires high proficiency in excel and the ability to be flexible with changing priorities. This is a highly visible position assisting in reporting to Board of Directors, CFO, Senior Vice President, and operations leadership.

“Gauges” of Responsibility 

  • Provide reports and supporting analysis for month and quarter reporting. 

  • Assist in quarterly financial reporting to the Board of Directors. 

  • Prepare month-end variance analysis for Actual vs. Budget/Forecast. 

  • Assist in the preparation and compilation of budget reports. 

  • Develop enhanced automation for standard requested reports. 

  • Assist in reporting implementation of Oracle Cloud. 

  • Carry out all reasonable requests by management that the employee is capable of performing while providing the highest quality of customer service. 

  • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested.

Additional Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance 

  • 3-5 years FP&A/Corporate Finance experience 

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud, Narrative Reporting & Smartview

  • Retail industry experience
