Global Partners seeks a motivated, organized, and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to support the Corporate Affairs and Sustainability Team. The Team oversees and executes upon a diverse array of activities, including Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Community Affairs, Charitable Giving, Government Affairs, and Sustainability. The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, with a unique ability to effectively juggle multiple high-priority challenges and a dynamic workload.

  • You possess Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe. Experience with Adobe studio or another design platform a significant plus.

  • You have demonstrated problem-solving skills

“Gauges” of Responsibility

  • Performs diverse, advance administrative duties and manages tasks for the Corporate Affairs and Sustainability Group.
  • Meetings/event planning, calendar management, complex travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate general meetings and calls.  Prepare for meetings, including the creation of agendas, materials, presentations and reports
  • Assist in communications related tasks, such as reviewing messaging, managing distribution lists, and other tasks as needed.
  • Create and maintain files and effectively organize the group.
  • Organize and track legislative and government affairs activities.
  • Manage the company’s Digital Asset Management system.
  • Process invoices reconcile company credit cards and assist the SVP in managing the department budget.
  • Effectively manage and execute key administrative projects as assigned
  • Works as an integral member alongside the Corporate Affairs Team.
