Senior Executive Administrative Assistant

The Senior Executive Assistant will provide executive and administrative support to the Chief People Officer and HR team as needed. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record of accomplishment in support roles at the C-Suite, excellent judgment, the ability to work independently, as well as a high level of creativity. This role must possess strong business judgment and communication skills and the ability to interact with a variety of people at all levels of the organization.

Your Role, Your Impact

  • Perform diverse, advanced administrative duties and manage high-level tasks to include meetings/events planning, calendar management, complex travel arrangements, and handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Coordinate general meetings and conference calls, including venues, transportation, food, and materials preparation.
  • Answer and screen phone calls and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Compose and accurately proofread letters and documents.
  • Create presentations, reports and proposals.
  • Create and maintain files and effectively organize the Executive office as needed.
  • Act as an ambassador with company staff, senior management, board members, business associates, clients, vendors, and business partners.
  • Coordinate timely receipt and organization of quarterly financial materials and related meetings.
  • Work with investor relations firm to coordinate timely preparation of investor presentations, conference attendance, and investor meetings.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-level tasks simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior leaders, board members, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • You have expert-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a problem-solver with strong decision-making capability that enables you to make informed decisions.
  • You exhibit a high degree of emotional intelligence and professionalism, with the ability to navigate sensitive situations with discretion and maturity.
  • You are a resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
  • You handle confidential information with discretion, are adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
  • You achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are a forward-looking thinker, who proactively identifies opportunities, anticipates needs and proposes effective solutions.
  • Prior experience in C-suite support is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Pay Range

$81,000.00 - $121,400.00

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
