Station Services Intern

Global is seeking a Station Services Intern to work within its Car Wash Department located in Waltham, MA. The Intern will spend up 50% of his/her time in the field working with our stores to execute and optimize car wash programs with a key focus on our Unlimited Wash Club Program as well as working with other departments within the Global Partners.

• Work with Unlimited Wash Club Specialist on enhancing & growing the existing Unlimited Wash Club Program
• Participate in migration to new App based subscription model with various departments.
• Coordinates mid-year meeting for department to review financial results.
• Completes competitive research on existing and potential new markets.
• Work with our Marketing Department to drive local awareness, excitement surrounding the Unlimited Program.
• Assists with category management of ATM, Propane, and Air/Vac programs
• Develop site specific marketing strategies to optimize sales and shares with Sr. Management.
• Works with our Training group to enhance our car wash training guides & tutorials.
• Review car wash website and work with Marketing Dept to update & enhance.
• Rides sites to ensure proper marketing materials are in place.
• Assist in marketing & social media content for Alltown Car Wash Brand.
• Assist Sr. Car Wash Category Manager & Car Wash Field Specialist in various task at the car wash to grow the business.

• Must be able to commit to 40 hours per week from agreed upon start date to week before start of classes.
• Must have a high school diploma and be enrolled in a degree program leading to a Bachelor’s degree.
• Enthusiastic, energetic personality comfortable engaging with our consumers and store associates
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a licensed driver with his/her own reliable automobile (Mileage reimbursement provided)
• Self-starter with strong work ethic
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Pay Range

$16.03 - $20.46

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
