Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) provide a place for individuals to be part of a community while learning, growing, and helping make Global Partners a more inclusive place. We know that when we are connected to a community within an organization, we feel more connected to the whole organization. For some of us, that community is our team, our department, and the colleagues we work with every day. ERGs are another way to experience community at work, connecting people from similar backgrounds or experiences, and their allies, who might otherwise never meet. Our ERGs are supported by Executive Sponsors, Co-Chairs and the larger Global community.
