What to Expect

Guest Service Associate (Cashier)

Start your day by greeting guests and making sure the store is ready.
Help guests at the register and keep shelves stocked throughout the day.
Take care of cleaning tasks to keep the store fresh and safe.
End your shift by wrapping up tasks and preparing for the next team.

Line Cook

Start the day by prepping ingredients, organizing your station, and reviewing the prep list.
Manage orders as they come in, operate kitchen equipment, and adjust meals for dietary needs.
Support teammates, coordinate with front-of-house staff, and keep your area clean and safe.
End the day by restocking, cleaning, and ensuring everything is ready for the next shift.

Jesus started his career as a Cashier and has progressed up to General Manager. When Global Partners acquired his store, he was given the tools for continued growth in his career.

Ashley D

Regional Manager

Ashley started with Global as a part-time Guest Service Associate while going to college and has progressed through the leadership path. She is now responsible for 60 locations across Connecticut and Rhode Island.

Krystal T

General Manager: Alltown Fresh

Krystal has steadily increased the scope of her responsibilities at Global, starting as a 3rd shift Guest Service Associate and now opening new Alltown Fresh locations.
