The Global Partner's Sales Apprenticeship Program provides training and mentorship to a cohort of people who are interested in a career in sales but have not yet had the exposure or opportunity to enter the space.
Throughout a 12-month period, apprentices will be working full time to learn and earn by rotating through essential sales support departments at Global. Apprentices will experientially learn the context and industry knowledge required to be successful in a sales role. They'll also participate in training courses to learn the basics of Global Partner's business and training around key elements of sales. Global’s sales apprentice program was created with resources from the MA Apprentice Network, which has a mission to collectively hire 1,000 apprentices in Massachusetts by 2027.
