Aroma Joe's is in the business of fueling the modem world. Our Baristas provide a personal customer experience that is always upbeat, lively, fun, and energetic. This is a place that energizes your day, feeds your passions, and brings people together. The goal every day is to make sure everyone leaves a little happier. Aroma Joe's Shift Leaders assist TL's with daily operations and help identify areas of improvement as well as achievements TL's may miss. Shift Leaders help maintain a positive work environment that creates happy employees and customers.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Finding ways to support your TL, team, customers, and community that exceed expectations.
- Communicating with TL on various topics.
- All basic Barista tasks are still performed daily.
- Assisting TL with placing inventory orders.
- Performing equipment maintenance.
- Supporting CT's with training needs.
- Assisting with Daily deposits, etc.
- Weekly inventory count.
- First point of contact when TL unavailable.
